Computers, cash, electrical goods and jewellery are among the most commonly stolen items in domestic burglaries and, as a result of our love for gadgets, the average cost of a burglary has risen by 40% over the last three years.
In order to protect smaller valuable items and reduce the risk of burglary or fraud, the security specialists at Yale advise all householders use a home safe that is securely bolted to the floor or wall.
A home safe can be used for items such as expensive jewellery, small electronic gadgets, important documents and gift receipts, as well as those things of sentimental value that make your house a home... photographs, letters, family heirlooms, children’s drawings… these things may not cost the earth, but may often mean the most.
It’s yours. Protect it. Yale it. For more information, visit www.yale.co.uk
Yale is offering readers the chance to win a compact home safes worth £75 each. There are three to be won!
To be in the chance of winning answer the question on the right.
