Tracklements Bundle worth £70

Each prize is worth £70 and includes Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam, Strong Horseradish Cream, Caramelised Onion Marmalade, Sticky Fig Relish, Apricot & Ginger Chutney, an engraved wooden cheeseboard, apron, tea towel and a copy of the Tracklements Handmade Pickles & Preserves Cookbook. Also included is a jar of Robust Wholegrain Mustard. A new study proves that wholegrain mustard is good for you and that just 10g - or a heaped teaspoon - eaten every day, can help to achieve a healthy blood glucose and/or cholesterol level. The research was carried out by Tracklements in association with Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Tracklements wholegrain mustards are 100% natural.  The health benefits are due to the naturally present compounds.  As with all their products, Tracklements make their mustard by hand, using only the very finest ingredients of yellow and brown mustard seed ground in traditional stone grinders, to preserve the essential oils, before being mixed with the very best British apple cider vinegar and left to mature in barrels for up to five days for a gloriously rounded flavour.  It’s easy to get your daily heaped teaspoon of Wholegrain Mustard into your diet; simply spread on to toast with ham, stir through mash, in scrambled eggs, glaze over carrots or pair with oily fish.

In 1970, William Tullberg made the first British wholegrain mustard. 50 years on William’s son, Guy, carries on his legacy.  However, that one mustard has matured into eight varieties and over 40 award-winning, planet-friendly chutneys, relishes and sauces.
