A wave of excitement has swept through Blackpool as 8 stingrays including Cownose Rays, Zebra Sharks and Honeycomb Rays are set to grace the shores of SEA LIFE Blackpool’s brand new Stingray Adventure, 27th March 2015.

The new Stingray Adventure will immerse you in the world of the mysterious and graceful stingray. Cross the lagoon bridge and explore the tropical coral reef through underwater tunnels and come face to face with the amazing stingrays.

To celebrate, SEA LIFE Blackpool is giving away an annual pass to one lucky reader. To be in the chance of winning, simply answer the question on the right and you can see this amazing creatures for yourself!

We're also searching for ray-tastic names for the new creatures - so we need your help! Go to our Facebook page for more details on how to name that ray!

For some inspiration, why not investigate these wonderful creatures, consider their habitat and friendly characteristics- remember you can be as creative as you want - these rays need to be put on the SEA LIFE Blackpool map!

Get the whole family involved and create your own stories and characters - you never know, you might have a brainwave and come up with the perfect stingray name!
