Tastebuds are starting to tingle in anticipation as we count down to the most mouth-watering week of the summer: Caribbean Food Week, which will take place from August 18 – 25.

Organised by Grace Foods UK, Caribbean Food Week leads up to the world-famous Notting Hill Carnival and is the perfect opportunity for people to try their hand at Caribbean cuisine.

Many people don’t realise how easy it can be to create Caribbean dishes with incredible flavours. Caribbean Food Week is the perfect time to get into the Caribbean spirit and give it a try – whether you invite friends round for a Caribbean-themed dinner party, or just serve up a classic recipe like jerk chicken or rice and peas for the family at home.

Plenty of Caribbean recipes and serving suggestions will be shared on Caribbean Food Week’s Facebook page, where you can also upload photos of your own dishes.
